Seriously? I don't know.
Most available managers are available because they have been sacked. Jacko was appointed because he was an icon who would get the fans back. As for a new one???
He must have the personality to gain the respect of teh fans and more importantly the players. He must be proven within the game so players could fancy him as a boss and be willing to come to Huddersfield Town.
He must also be able to work on a restricted budget - 'cos that's all he is going to get. From a board point of view I suspect he will need to come cheap as well.
If I had to name drop I would like to throw Peter Reid into the frame - but he is settled in the media. Kevin Keegan would be fine? Graham Taylor or Ron Atkinson perhaps.
Aim high - show a bit of ambition - and settle below your aims - rather than aim low and get the dregs and left overs.
For what it's worth?

I think you'r living a dream....Kevin Keegan, Ron Atkinson...what about Sven!!!! Only ?600k a week.

I'm not too fussed, so long as they can take the team to the next level

'tis indeed a dream - but the principle behind it remains the same. The reality is I suspect we will 'go cheap' :suspect:

What choice do they have...Town cannot afford a high profile manager until financially stable....look what happened last time. I'd rather have a club to support than not at all!
