Jackson linked With Millwall Job

Huddersfield Town story posted by Sean Makin on 02/10/2006
According to a short article in the People Sunday paper Millwall are ready to approach Huddersfield Town manager Peter Jackson after Nigel Spackman left Millwall last week by mutual consent.Jackson linked With Millwall Job

Millwall have some financial difficulties and obviously seen Peter Jackson?s work at Huddersfield Town on a shoestring budget and could well see Jackson as the ideal candidate.
Millwall haven?t had a good start to the season after relegation from the Championship last season currently 22nd in Coca Cola League One with nine points from twelve games recently winning there first game in their last eight ironically the first game since Nigel Spackman left.

News reports say today that Ray Wilkins has left the club, with Millwall in turmoil is Peter Jackson the right man to turn things around for the London club?

Jackson?s heart is in Huddersfield and always has been. When he was sacked in 1999 he was offered a number of jobs but turned them down until one day in 2003 when Town came calling once again.
Jackson has been linked with a few clubs since his return at Town, so whether Millwall offer him a very good offer then I doubt very much that he will be leaving the West Yorkshire club.
