News have confirmed this morning that legendary stirker Andy Booth will hang up his boots at the end of the season.
Town have kept his registration 'just in case' so never say never about the iconic striker playing a few games next season.
Saturday's home game will be Booth's last game in front of the Town faithful, the 35-year old will be employed by the club in a ambassador's role.
Booth has made 450 appearances for Town scoring 148 goals which puts him 3rd in Town's history of goalscorers.
The legend told htafc.com
"I always had it in my mind that this was going to be my last season. With it being the Centenary Year I always wanted to play and go out on a high. We haven't made it to Play-Offs this season but we will finish in a good position and I knew that I'd finish at the end of the season.
