Town Land Peltier
Huddersfield Town story posted by Sean Makin on 30/06/2009
Yeovil Town star Lee Peltier today joined Huddersfield Town on a three-year deal stating that it was the ambition of the club for his main reason for signing for the Terriers.
The 22-year old told htafc.com
"My agent phoned me and informed me that Huddersfield were interested. From there, everything seems to have progressed very quickly. I spoke to Lee Clark, listened to what he had to say and automatically became interested in coming here.
"I think that Huddersfield are one of the most ambitious clubs around at the moment. The Club has the fanbase, the Stadium, the facilities and are bringing the right players in - I believe it could be a big year for Huddersfield.
"Obviously I played with Danny Schofield at Yeovil last season and he never had a bad word to say about his time at Huddersfield. I also know Jon Worthington from his time on loan at Yeovil and he said that Huddersfield was a good club.
Ticket prices for the friendly against Coventry City at the Galpharm Stadium on 25th July are as follows: £10 adults, £7 seniors and students and £3 for under-16s. Admission for wheelchair disabled is £7 with free admission for carers.
The Fantastic Family Stand is closed and the Pink Link Stand is not available to home supporters.
