Terrier Bytes is a Huddersfield Town fan site built and maintained by dedicated Town fans, which is now in its 23th year online. Garfield is the webmaster and developer for the site with Sean Makin the lead content editor and moderator.

Originally the website was known as HTAFC World way back in early 2001. The site was nothing serious at that point and consisted of a just a few pages. The initial version of HTAFC World only lasted a few months and was replaced with version 2 of the site, which also only lasted a few months.

In late 2001, Terrier Bytes was born. Along with the new site came the message boards, prediction league and managed content to name just a few of the site's new features. The first version attracted a fair few followers and managed to stay online until version 2 was released in January 2005.

Version 2 of Terrier Bytes brought with it a completely different looking design to keep it up-to-date with 2005 but kept most of the features of version 1.

Over the years our aim has always been to keep Town fans up-to-date with all the latest Huddersfield Town news as well as providing interaction via the prediction league and forums. By sticking to this aim we hope Town fans will return to the site many, many times again.

With this version of the site we've tried to add to the community features by adding in social networking options such as Twitter and Facebook.
