Huddersfield Offer Generous Support
ONCE again the generosity of Huddersfield Town supporters was shown up in the best possible light at yesterday's game with the Red Dragons.
Together with help from the Huddersfield Town Supporters Trust, the Wrexham Supporters Trust was given permission to hold a bucket collection in and around the Galpharm Stadium prior to kick-off and first reports suggest that over ?3,000 was raised!
The Terriers are a team who know only too well the financial problems of modern day football, and it was these recent memories of their own trials and tribulations which sparked the Yorkshire club's supporters to be so forthcoming with their contributions.
Our thanks to them, not only for their support yesterday, but also to the Huddersfield fans who attended the Fans United Day at the Racecourse Ground last week.
