Huddersfield Town v Blackpool
Huddersfield Town story posted by Garfield (Admin) on 15/09/2001
With all the troubles going on off the pitch, Town have still remained a quality team on the pitch. Lou Macari will be wanting to continue this at home against Blackpool no matter what the side will be and no doubt it will be Saturday morning before even Lou knows.
Town will be without Dyson, Wijhnard, Facey, Armstrong, and Smith whilst Booth, Baldry, Irons, and Jenkins remain doubtful.
Macari may well play Mattis, Thorrington, Clarke, and Schofield on Saturday. This match should be a whole lot easier than the last match against Stoke but you never know.
Throughout this season Blackpool have only pulled off one victory and that was against AFC Bournenouth, although they gave Leicester City a battle in the Worthington cup losing out by one goal.
Garfield's Prediction
I'll go for 2-0 win with Schofield being the MoM.
Probable lineups:
Town: unknown at present
