Back in the groove against Wakefield & Emley, held to a draw! Missed chances and a stupid goal conceded! Jacko wasn?t very pleased, to say the least.
On the plus side Michael Collins had a good game and enhanced his chances of being in the starting line-up when the season gets going.
The game against Emley, due last night, was called off. Young Simon Eastwood was going to make his ?big time? debut as Phil Senior is out of action. We seem to be faring well with young ?keepers. 15yo Alex Smithies has got a call up for the England U17 squad in Iceland. England play Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Good Luck to the lad!
