Town aiming for mid-table mediocrity?
Huddersfield Town story posted by Garfield (Admin) on 12/12/2006
In the latest Terrier-Bytes poll - active since the start of the current season - we asked the fans where they thought Town will finish in League One this season and the vast majority of them seem to have settled for a mid-table/play-off finish. So, no rose-tinted glasses this season, eh? Then again, it's no surprise with Town's current 17th place position in the league!
Out of the 192 votes cast, 24 (13%) people reckon Town can go up through automatic promotion, 44 (23%) think that a play-off finish is realistic, 66 (34%) think there's no better this season than a mid-table finish, 16 (8%) feel Town may be heading towards the lower half of the table, while 42 (a whopping 22%!) think that the the Terriers are going down through the relegation zone!
The next poll, which is now active, asks you who you think is to blame for Town's poor season so far.
