Town went down 3-0 to Doncaster in the first ever encounter at their new 32m Keepmoat Stadium, a game which saw Adnan Ahmed and Pawel Abbott sent off.Doncaster Rovers 3 v 0 Huddersfield Town

Doncaster's Mark McCammon had the honour of scoring the first ever goal in the new stadium in the 9th minute. David Mirfin's slip allowed the Rovers man to volley the ball in to the Town net.

Town went in 1-0 at the break. Shortly afterwards, though, in the 47th minute, on-loan Jonathan Forte's pass found Paul Heffernan who finished ball comfortably for Rovers' second goal of the game.

Things started going from bad to worse - 4 minutes after their second goal they added another to make it 3-0. The creator of their second goal, Forte, got a goal of his own this time shooting in to the top left of the goal, leaving Glennon helpless.

Next came the sendings off. In the 57th minute Adnan Ahmed was sent off for a bad tackle and Pawel Abbott was sent off two minutes later after arguments with the ref and Rovers' players. Booth and Lee also received a yellow card.
