"Rocket" Ronnie Jepson To Return To Huddersfield?

According to reports, Gillingham chairman Paul Scully has confirmed that Town have approached manager Ronnie Jepson about the managerial vacancy at Town.

Scully said "Huddersfield called yesterday to ask if their chairman could talk to me. And of course I said yes,"

"Ronnie was always going to be linked because he's a bit of a legend after his time as a player there."

Jepson, known as "Rocket" Ronnie Jepson to Town fans. Played for the club durings the 90's. Signed from Exeter City, Jepson became a folk hero at Town along the way forming a partnership with striker Andy Booth as they took Division Two by storm in the 1994/95 season.
