Berrett Signs Two Year Deal

Young Town midfielder James Berrett has signed a new two year deal keeping him with the Terriers till 2010.Berrett Signs Two Year Deal

New manager Stan Ternent was pleased with Berrett signing the new contract, He told
"I am happy he has signed and very pleased to have tied our retained list so quickly",
"James had made some excellent progress in the last three or four months but it is now up to him to ensure that continues".

Berrett and fellow midfielder Michael Collins are flying out to Malaysia to play in the Intercontinental Cup for the Republic of Ireland's U21 team.

Manager Ternent has kept Matt Glennon, Andy Booth, Joe Skarz and now James Berrett out of the 16 players that were out of contract.

Also it has been confirmed at Town will play Sheffield United at the Galpharm Stadium. It has been scheduled for Saturday 2nd August with a 12 noon kick off time.
