Town vs Swindon Town: Preview
Huddersfield Town story posted by Sean Makin on 17/01/2009
Swindon Town are the visitors at the Galpharm this Saturday afternoon in a 3 p.m kick-off.
Swindon have a new manager in former Barnsley and Hartlepool boss Danny Wilson. The Robins have kept one clean sheet all season and have only won one in their last 13 games, an issue which Wilson is looking to turn around.
Swindon are currently 18th in League One, two points above the relegation zone.
Their last win against Town at the Galpharm Stadium was back in 2002 in a 3-2 win in which former Robins winger Danny Invinceble scored with just 40 seconds of the game against a terrible Mick Wadsworth team.
Back in October Town won 3-1 at the County Ground thanks to goals from Liam Dickinson, Michael Flynn and Gary Roberts.
Town have no new injury worries, Andy Booth could be on the bench against after making a surprise return to the bench in the 1-1 draw down at Northampton last Saturday.
Swindon will be without Barry Corr who dislocated his shoulder against Stockport in midweek, Blair Sturrock is back from a loan spell and could be pushing for a place in the starting line-up along side Billy Paynter.
Former Town left back Jamie Vincent has not played a game this season due to a knee problem plus club captain Hasney Aljofree is also out after knee surgery.
Sean's prediction: 3-2 to Town
