It seems more and more names have been linked with Huddersfield Town. Today the Sun newspaper has linked Rochdale striker Adam Le Fonde with a move to the Galpharm Stadium for £150,000.
Yesterday boss Lee Clark squashed rumours that he was set to bring former Town favourite Pawel Abbott back to the Galpharm.
He told the Daily Examiner: "No disrespect to Pawel, but he's not a target and I've had no contact with Darlington.
"It seems our name is being used by clubs and agents who think we have money to spend and that by saying we are interested in a player, it will spark a bidding war.
