Ipswich Youngster Makes Town Switch
Huddersfield Town story posted by Sean Makin on 31/07/2009
It has been confirmed this afternoon that Jordan Rhodes has signed for the Terriers from Ipswich Town.
It was speculated a few days ago that boss Lee Clark had made an offer for the 19-year old which was rejected, only for a second bid from Town to be accepted by the Tractor Boys.
The youngster was highly thought of at Portman Road with many of Ipswich Town's unofficial websites expressing their frustration at one of their promising strikers being sold.
The former Barnsley trainee signs a four-year deal with the Terriers with the fee reportedly being £150,000 with add-ons.
