Town Sign Veteran Goalkeeper

Huddersfield Town have today signed veteran goalkeeper Ian Bennett on a free from Sheffield United.
The 38-year old is said to be friends with Town boss Lee Clark, they played together at Newcastle United during the early 1990s.
The former Peterborough, Birmingham and Leeds United goalkeeper will give Town's current number one Alex Smithies some competetion. Bennett's experience is likely to aid Smithies' progress as the young goalkeeper is only 20 years old.
