Johnson Set For Terriers Return
Huddersfield Town story posted by Sean Makin on 18/07/2011
Huddersfield Town have announced today that Plymouth Argyle midfielder Damien Johnson will return to join Town on a season-long loan subject to a medical.
The 32 year-old has joined the Terriers on a similar deal last summer he managed 23 games for Town before his season was cut short by a cruciate ligament knee injury in December.
There had been a deal in that loan agreement last season that had Johnson played an X amount of games then he would join have joined Town permenantly.
Plymouth are in a financial crisis and were keen to cut ties with the Northern Irish midfielder but an agreement couldn't be reached between the player and club.
