Huddersfield Town defender Nathan Clarke has joined League One rivals Oldham Athletic on loan until January.Oldham Sign Town Defender

The 27-year old was a regular for Town up until last season where he made one appearances away at Carlisle United on Boxing Day last year. Clarke then in January this year joined Colchester United on loan making 18 appearances for the U's.

Clarke came through the Club's Academy and made his professional debut for The Terriers in August 2001 in a 1-1 draw away at Stoke City and has gone on to make 300 appearances for Town in his ten years with the Club.

The Halifax-born defender along with his brother Tom, Robbie Simpson and Joey Gudjonsson have all been told they have no future at Huddersfield Town.
