Huddersfield Town have struck a deal with Premier League Norwich City to sign striker James Vaughan on loan until the end of the 2012/13 season.Town Sign Norwich City Striker

The 24-year old signed for Norwich in May last year for an undisclosed fee but injuries have restricted Vaughan to one start and four substitute appearance in just over a year at Carrow Road.

Vaughan started his career at Everton making his debut against Crystal Palace in April 2005 and scored which made him the Premier League youngest scorer aged 16 years and 271 days a record that still stands today.

Vaughan's time at Goodison Park was plagued by injury restricting him to 47 apperances (scoring 7 goals) in 7 years. He was loaned to Derby, Leicester City and two spells at Crystal Palace during his time with Everton before leaving for Norwich City in May 2011.

Vaughan also made appearances for the England U17s, U19s and the Under 21s.
