Huddersfield Town are 10 points clear of the relegation zone but it could have been more had it not been for a 98th-minute equaliser from promotion-chasing Norwich City on Tuesday night.
The Terriers had taken a 95th minute lead only for the Canaries to grab a last-gasp leveller.
But they have not won in their last five matches and manager Chris Powell is hopeful his side can turn it around to end the season on a high.
Powell's side are 17th in the Championship table - the position they finished last season - but are nine points worse off their tally for the previous campaign.
Huddersfield suffered a blow this week by the news that on-loan Jack Robinson is ruled out for the rest of the season with the knee injury and it could be up to a year before the left-back makes a return.
Jake Carroll looks likely to start in place of the injured Robinson, who has not returned to his parent club Queens Park Rangers.
Powell will be hoping striker Nahki Wells is passed fit as James Vaughan is suspended after receiving a second yellow for his goal celebration in injury-time against his former club in midweek.
Fellow striker Ishmael Miller, who opened the scoring against Norwich, is likely to keep his place up front while Joe Lolley is edging nearer to a return but is expected not to feature against Fulham.
Town will be without forward Harry Bunn who is out with a hamstring injury.
The Cottagers won the earlier meeting this season 3-1 at Craven Cottage in November and are unbeaten in their last six encounters with Huddersfield, winning four.

Fulham are in a precarious position in the Championship table and have just eight matches left to avoid back-to-back relegations.
